What is a CINCH® Tube Securement Device?

The CINCH® is a practical solution for keeping medical tubing securely in place. Simply clean the desired skin area, apply the CINCH® to your body, place your medical tubing within the device, and secure the tubing with the silicone strap. The CINCH® helps prevent medical tubing from becoming tangled or snagged.

Medical tubing doesn’t have to slow you down. We’ve combined a soft and flexible silicone body with a breathable base material to give our patients comfort and mobility while holding their tubes securely in place.

The AMT CINCH® comes in two sizes: Medium and Large. The Medium CINCH® secures medical tubes from 4F to 17F. The Large CINCH® secures medical tubes from 9F to 30F.

  • The two devices are made of the same comfortable material and gentle adhesive. The main difference is their individual sizes.
  • The Medium CINCH® secures medical tubing from 4F to 17F and has a footprint of 3 cm x 4 cm.
  • The Large CINCH® secures medical tubing from 9F to 30F and has a footprint of 4 cm x 6 cm.

How long can the device be used?

  • The CINCH® is meant to be periodically replaced for optimal performance, functionality, and cleanliness. Typical device longevity ranges from 3-5 days.
  • Individual results may vary.

How is the device packaged?

  • The CINCH® is packaged in box 10 pieces and box 50 pieces. Each CINCH® is individually packaged within the box quantities.

Do I need a prescription to order the CINCH®?

  • No.

  • Healthcare Professionals can order with established NET 30 terms or Prepayment/Credit Card.
